Treadsoft is a plant mangement software system for tread manufacturers and retreaders. Treadsoft establishes a seamless and integrated flow from recieving the retread tyre casing to the final invoice stage.

 

The system generates a Jobcard (Barcode / RFID) per tyre that contains all tyre details. This document moves along with the tyre to capture the progress of tyre. At every satge the barcode is scanned into the system and the status of the tyre is updated. All materials used for that tyre are also update and linked to that tyre. This provides easy tracebility & accountability of tyres and other raw material in the plant.

 

For tread manufacturers, Treadsoft provides a production system, enabling barcoded production. All material transfers and invoicing are done using the barcodes, accurately capturing the overall inventory of the plant.

With the GST rollout in India, treadsoft will enable you to file your GST return directly from the system. We have partnered with a certified GSP provider to upload your GST return directly into the GSTN portal.

 

Treadsoft is a complete ERP with modules like Finance, Sales & Purchase. Treadsoft will provide you with accurate and timley financial statements for your organisation. The system integrates with a central web server to provide our customers with real time online reports.
