At the time of user registration we request for your name, email Id and contact number. Upon registration you will be provided with a user id and a password, which is used solely for the purpose of accessing Cerrebro CRM. Your name, email Id and contact number will only be used for CRM operations and not shared with any other third party
Location Services
Cerrebro CRM uses location services to get location details of our users. This information is used for CRM operations purposes only and is not shared with any other party.
Mobile Hardware Information
Cerrebro CRM requests the mobile device id of our users. This information is used for CRM operations purposes only and is not shared with any other party.
Access to camera
Cerrebro CRM app accesses the user mobile camera to enable the user to click images. These images are used for CRM operational purposes only and not shared with any other party.
Access to phone
Cerrebro CRM app accesses the user phone to allow the user to directly make call from the CRM. No data regarding phone usage is stored or shared by the app.
Access to mobile storage
Cerrebro CRM app accesses the mobile storage to store a data file regarding the CRM system. Cerrebro CRM only interacts with this file and does not access any other data. This CRM data file is only used CRM operational purposes and not shared with any other party.
