Our very first client was INDAG RUBBER PVT. LTD. a subsidary of the Khemka group. Working with them helped us understand the various logistics involved with a Manufacturing firm. Each and every process from Material Requirement Planning and Material Procurement, Material Management, Production, Sales, Finance, HR and Payroll is now controlled by a centralized IT Solution. Tracking the progress of the company for the Top Management was made easier by a dashboard facility which enabled then to view production and sales on a daily basis. This helped the company in minimizing wastage, taking important mangerial decisions and increasing it's overall profits.
